We’re delighted you’re interested in joining one of our workshops! We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve set out the following cancellation policy to keep things fair for everyone.

Booking and Payment
To reserve your place, full payment is required at the time of booking. Spaces are limited, and your payment helps us prepare materials and confirm arrangements with our venue.

If You Need to Cancel

• More than 21 days before the workshop date: You’ll receive a full refund or can choose to transfer your booking to another available date.
• Between 7 and 21 days before the workshop: While we’re unable to offer a refund, we’ll happily move your booking to another date if we can fill your original spot.
• Less than 7 days before the workshop: As preparations (including catering and materials) will be well underway, we’re unable to offer a refund or transfer unless your place can be re-sold.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re very welcome to send someone in your place—just let us know their details before the day so we can welcome them properly.

If We Need to Cancel
In the rare event that we have to cancel a workshop—for example, due to illness, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances—we’ll give you as much notice as possible. You’ll then be offered either a full refund or the chance to transfer to another date.

Food and Allergies
Workshops take place in a tea shop setting where cakes and refreshments are served. Please note that the environment may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. If you have specific dietary needs, do let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate, although this may not always be possible.

Insurance and Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation is at your own risk. Please inform us of any accessibility needs, or relevant health concerns before attending.

Intellectual Property
All workshop content, designs, materials, and project concepts are the intellectual property of Angel Emporium Ltd and/or the workshop facilitator. These materials are provided for personal learning and enjoyment only.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or teach any part of the workshop content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. However, you are very welcome to use the skills and techniques learned to create items for personal use or as gifts.

Privacy Statement
We collect your personal details (name, email, phone) to manage your workshop booking and communications. Your information is kept secure and won’t be shared with third parties without your permission, except where required by law.

We may contact you about future events, but you can unsubscribe at any time. By booking, you agree to this use of your data.
