This Simple Landscape Painting Workshop offers a relaxed and approachable introduction to painting landscapes in acrylics, guiding you from blank canvas to finished artwork in just three enjoyable hours.

The session breaks the painting process into clear, manageable stages. You’ll learn how to create a strong composition, mix a simple but effective colour palette, and build your landscape layer by layer. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to simplify your subject, understand what details to leave out, and recognise when a painting feels complete.

Acrylic paints will be used throughout the workshop, allowing your landscape painting to dry quickly and be ready to take home at the end of the evening.

All art materials are provided. A selection of landscape reference images will be available, but you are very welcome to bring your own reference photo if there is a particular scene you would like to work from.

No previous painting experience is needed. The workshop is suitable for all levels and is taught in a friendly, supportive environment.

Please bring an apron or wear old clothes.
